About Dee Briggs
Howdy, A little bit about me... My name is Dee Briggs, and I'm a songwriter from Orange County, California. It's a wonderful life. There's really no way to explain the thrill of knowing that something I've written has touched the life of even a single listener in some way. I am a strong believer in the power of co-writing. Our little network out here in "The OC" is growing stronger every day, and with the help of wonderful folks like Jeff Steele, Craig Wiseman, Steve Markland, Warren Sellers, Jimbeau Hinson, Marc-Alan Barnette, and Butch Baker we will continue to grow, not just as songwriters, but as people as well. I'm thankful for my co-writers, all of you. Without you, it just wouldn't be such a magical journey. God bless you all!

About Carolyn Miller
Music has been on my heart and lips for as long as I remember. I can still see my mom’s old piano where I would make up songs using just the black keys, because they always seemed to sound good. My mom would blast A Chorus Line and I would belt my best impression of “At the Ballet” and “What I Did For Love.” It was in junior high when I met my first critic during the morning carpool. “Will you please stop singing?!” I pouted for a bit (OK more than a bit) until I realized something important. I loved singing more than what she thought of me. Of course I wanted to sound good, but even that wasn’t going to stop me. Later in my life I discovered the joy of singing to God and for God in worship. This is when I became free to offer myself with less hesitation and more passion. I was born and raised in Southern California. I graduated with a music composition degree which translates to current 5th grade teacher. There are few things that give me as much joy as hearing, singing, and/or (co)writing a well crafted song. To quote Nichole Nordeman, I try to write about life and faith as I know it.
