With provocative melodies and acoustics, Paige Aufhammer, is a fresh voice amid the current sea of singer/songwriters. She commands each performance with clean vocals, profoundly representing her original songs to any audience. Paige's music is not easily categorized; it is acoustically oriented with influences of folk, jazz, blues and sometimes country. Yet none of these words truly offer it justice. Her voice is pure, vulnerable, smooth and warm. There is a rising swell of people who believe that Paige Aufhammer is an extraordinarily authentic artist.

In September 2005, Paige completed the first professional recording session of her career, teamed with producer/engineer Joe Marlett at Signature Sounds Studios in San Diego, California. This three-song demo is an inspiring precursor of what is to come. She has somehow placed her soul between the digital imprints of her music. Her poetry is compelling and thoughtful, beyond her 21 years. Plans are already in the works to return to the studio in November to create a full-length album.

Paige had her solo career start as a senior in high school when she wrote and recorded her first three songs in a friends garage in Encinitas, California. This freshman venture inspired a small but faithful following and she began playing in local coffee shops. With increased experience Paige began to get a taste of her own style. As she was able to travel and foster her creativity music became more of who she was and less of what she did. Songwriting and performing are among Paige's many facets as an artist. The CD cover art and press kit design are also her handiwork. Her role has been essential not only as the performer but as a part of the production team.

Paige's live performances are also captivating. She creates an immediate connection with her audience that is easily translated through her melodies and words. She brings something unique to a typical world of "gigs" and "shows." Her performances come across as more of a quest, where she speaks through the language of music about things she truly wants to say, not just things people want to hear.

Paige Aufhammer is being managed by LMC Entertainment, an independent entertainment and recording company based in Del Mar, CA; which has major label distribution channels through its relationship with Geffen Records/Universal.
