Directions Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, malted milk powder and
salt in medium bowl. Beat butter and vegetable shortening in
large mixer
bowl on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar,
brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract; beat until well combined.
Stir in flour mixture,
chips and nuts. I use a Silpat baking liner. They are a must and help create
perfect cookies...and no mess clean up. Cookies lift off the Silpat easily so you can cool them on a wire rack. I place a paper plate inside a large Zip bag and store them.
