SOUR
CREAM LEMON PIE

MAKES ONE 9-INCH PIE

1 baked 9-inch pie crust (regular or cookie crust, your choice)

1/3 cup, lemon juice

1 cup, granulated sugar
-
2 cups, sour cream
-
2 large eggs
-
2 egg yolks
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Blend
together the lemon juice, sugar, sour cream and eggs until
well incorporated. Pour the mixture into
the baked pie crust, and bake in
preheated
oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
You can also
substitute any other kind of juice for the lemon juice, for
a variation.
